* Income restriction on the Governing Trustee. In order to accomplish the necessary research objectives, we will have to develop and properly allocated large sums of money. To help prevent these funds from being diverted to the personal gain of executives (as frequently happens in philanthropic organizations), the income of the Governing Trustee is restricted, by corporate charter, to cost-of-living, and no personal estate may be accrued from the assets of FIS until such time that ageing has demon- strably been brought under control - both in the experi- mental animal model and initial clinical trials.
