BIO-TECHNOLOGY MUTUAL INVESTMENT FUND

I am formulating an investment strategy that would focus on those companies (established and start-up) which are likely to have the bio-technology that could be useful in the control and reversal of biological ageing. In particular, I am interested in prospective "eumitotic agents". That is explained more fully in various Program materials.

By holding an equity position in appropriate companies and voting the stock, we would be in a better position to influence their research and development programs and benefit from long-term capital gains. Most of the bio-tech companies are developing products for the treatment of disease and are not aware of the potential utility of their technologies for the control of ageing modalities. Thus, this Mutual Investment Fund, which is still in its conceptual stage. The Fund would be for individuals who are interest in this area on a longer-term, "hold" basis.
